Ingrid Lake | Board Director

Ingrid and John-Paul Lake are dedicated community and philanthropic leaders in Bakersfield, California where they established the SeedCore Foundation with four primary focus areas; supporting private school teachers through an innovative crowdfunding platform, scholarships for local high school graduates, fostering Kern County’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, and grants for organizations that empower individuals to pursue purposeful living.

With a master’s degree in education from Pepperdine University, Ingrid’s board service spans Chair of The Mission at Kern County, Commissioner for the Housing Authority of the County of Kern, and Chair of the Board for the church that she and John-Paul attend. She is actively involved as a volunteer with Girl Scouts and has Co-Chaired the annual Gala for Garces Memorial High School where she and John-Paul met and all three of their children have attended.
