Leah Raymond | Policy & Research Intern
Leah is a junior at Georgetown University studying Government and Education, and interning with the California Policy Center to gain a better understanding of how conservative policy interacts with a blue state. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, she has enjoyed East Coast living – most recently living in New York City teaching fourth grade in Manhattan. In DC, she has worked with Michigan-10’s Rep. John James and the American Enterprise Institute on education policy, and has worked on the classroom side of education in DC Public Schools. On campus, she focuses her efforts on social policy, and is presently preparing to direct the 2025 Cardinal O’Connor Conference, the largest student-run pro-life conference in the US. In her free time, Leah spends her time singing in half a dozen choirs and chasing fireworks shows.
