Would require the Legislative Counsel to publicly post all position letters submitted through the Legislature’s online portal for each bill, beginning with the 2027–28 Regular Session. These letters would be added to the existing legislative information system that already publishes bill text, analyses, vote records, and related materials, with the intent of increasing transparency while protecting confidential or private information.
