Harry Angell | CPC Visiting Fellow for Energy Policy

Harry Angell is a practicing petroleum geologist consultant and journalist. He has over 27 years experience in the oil fields of California, Oman, Colombia and Texas, having worked with Chevron, Berry Petroleum, and Occidental Petroleum. He spent 14 years as a combat engineer in the Army National Guard, finishing as a Captain. A Bakersfield native, he attended California State Universities Long Beach and Bakersfield respectively earning degrees in journalism and geology. Mr. Angell is the author of the substack newsletter, The Anastomosing Dendrite. He currently lives in Texas with his wife and an empty nest.
